Within Malaysia, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on order size and any unforeseen circumstances. For international orders, delivery time will be confirmed with you directly after contacting us.

Is there a pickup option available?

Yes, we offer a convenient pickup option, but this service is only available to customers in Malaysia. If you are located in Malaysia and would like to pick up your order, please contact us directly at info@rollpapertrading.com, or on WhatsApp and we’ll provide further instructions once your order is ready.

 

What if I’ve set the wrong address?

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@rollpapertrading.com or via our WhatsApp customer service line. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll update the address for you. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

 

Do you accept refunds and returns?

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

  • Refunds will only be processed for defective or damaged products, or if the incorrect item was sent.
