Is there a pickup option available?
Yes, we offer a convenient pickup option, but this service is only available to customers in Malaysia. If you are located in Malaysia and would like to pick up your order, please contact us directly at rollpapertrading@gmail.com, and we’ll provide further instructions once your order is ready.
What if I’ve set the wrong address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at rollpapertrading@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp customer service line. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll update the address for you. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Do you accept refunds and returns?
