Refund and Returns Policy

At Roll Paper Trading LTD, we strive to provide high-quality paper products to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase for the return to be processed.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us at rollpapertrading@gmail.com with your order details.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, opened packaging, and discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for a return.

5. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
